What a great way to get fruit intake in the morning. I love the Simply Orange and Simple Apple Juices. The orange I usually have to mix with Seltzer, Apple as is. A glass of either with breakfast on my everyday lifestyle diet.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

100% cranberry juiceIn the book, I have Mountain Sun Cranberry juice, 100%, not from concentrate that I mix with seltzer water and add a squirt of liquid Stevia. It is expensive at regular stores such as Giant (like around $6 or $7), a little less at one or two of the health food stores such as Roots. At the time, Trader Joe's only carried ones from concentrate. The pictured juice has recently showed up at Trader Joe's and is not from concentrate, 100% juice and is a good buy at $3.99.

I like to use Raw-Unfiltered, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar for shake recipe in book, a splash in my seltzer water for a zing of energy before the gym, as well as getting any residue off my grape tomatoes. Bolthouse - Perfectly ProteinI mention Bolthouse fruit juices in my book; at that time, they had fruity flavors such as strawberry/banana as well as a carrot juice. They later came out with Perfectly Protein, which consists of vanilla chai tea and soy protein. I love it - it's delicious.
